Our restaurant maintains the highest standards: we make all of our own stocks, sauces, breads, pastries and ice cream; chicken, and turkey are wood-smoked on-premise. We grow, process, roast, and grind our own coffee, which is served freshly brewed, as espresso, cappuccino and lattes. A full bar and selection of fine wines are ready to complement any meal.

5:30- 7:30 AM		Early room service
7:30-10:30 AM		Breakfast service
12:00-3:30 PM		Lunch service
6:00- 8:30 PM		Dinner service

For breakfast you might start with some fresh orange juice, then face your first difficult decision of the day: huevos rancheros or blue corn pancakes with macadamia syrup. At lunch you might select a Guatemalan Plato Fuerte of smoked chicken breast Pibil. During dinner, our chefs serve an international selection of Cajun, Asian and Continental cuisine. Some favorite specials include Thai Coconut Shrimp, Lobster Curry, and 5-Pepper Steak. Pastries and icecream, made on the premises, are available to complement any meal.
